Free Shipping on Every Order
All BambooFlex™ orders ship free — no minimum 
required.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days 
of being placed. You will receive a tracking 
confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note: Due to high order volume, some 
orders may experience delays of 3–5 additional 
business days. We appreciate your patience and 
promise it's worth the wait.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery 
times are estimates and may vary depending on 
your location and carrier. BambooFlex™ is not 
responsible for delays caused by shipping 
carriers, customs processing, or events outside 
our control.
