you're not satisfied with your purchase for 
any reason, you have 60 days from the date 
of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must 
be in the same condition you received it — 
unworn, unused, with original tags and 
packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof 
of purchase.

How to Start a Return

order number and reason for return. We'll 
respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Do not send items back without contacting 
us first — unrequested returns will not 
be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon 
arrival. If your item arrives defective, 
damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return 
your original item and place a new order 
once the return is accepted.

European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the 
right to cancel or return within 14 days for 
any reason. Item must be unworn, unused, 
with original tags and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, 
we'll notify you of approval within 2 
business days. Approved refunds are 
processed to your original payment method 
within 10 business days.
